On May 15-17, 2016, the Council on Foreign Relations hosted the Council of Councils Fifth Annual Conference in New York.
Participants discussed five major themes:
- Managing Flows of Refugees and Migrants
- Global Economic Governance: Preventing the Next Crisis
- The Situation in Syria
- The Way Forward on Global Internet Governance
- Asian Security Architecture
