On May 24-25, 2021, the Council on Foreign Relations hosted the Council of Councils Tenth Annual Conference via Zoom.

Participants discussed five major themes:

  • Contending with the Challenges of Nuclear Proliferation
  • The Biden Administration and the Future of Multilateralism
  • A New Concert of Powers?
  • COVID-19 Vaccines and International Cooperation
  • Trade and Trade Governance

On Wednesday, May 26, CFR also hosted a general meeting with the Council of Councils on "The State of Global Governance in the Era of COVID-19."
